At Nourdenia we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they purchased from us. If you are experiencing shipping or product issues and are feeling frustrated, please email us and our team will help you right away.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

RETURN POLICY

1. Not happy with your order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs (30 days from the date we ship the package to the customer). item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and replacement is not due to our fault.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged items or low quality

Please let us know if the product is defective or not working properly. For the fastest resolution, please contact us at customer@Nourdenia.com including a photo showing the poor quality or damaged portion of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will send you replacement parts once we confirm the situation, there is no need to send back the defective ones. We will use this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

 CANCELLATION 

1. Cancel unshipped orders

If you would like to cancel your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at customer@Nourdenia.com. Please include your order number for the fastest solution. Thank you!

2. Cancel shipped order

If you want to cancel the order that has already been shipped or is in transit to the destination, please contact us and kindly refuse to accept the package as we cannot call it back at that time. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. The refund will be issued once the package starts to return

Garantie 

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Damage caused by an accident
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials due to exposure to the sun
After-market modifications
Returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will not be accepted.

 REFUND POLICY

If you believe that the product you have purchased does not meet the requirements you initially had in mind, you have the option to request a refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must pay the shipping costs. The specific charges are based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs.

These are the circumstances in which refunds are issued:

You can get a full refund

If the product you purchased does not function at all.

If you have not received your product within 90 business days (South America) from the date your order was placed.
Please note: refunds will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days.

POSTAGE COSTS

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $82, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!
